I keep forgetting to put one up

I didn't see who killed me. I don't really know those details yet.

What do you know, if you're okay with saying?

I was on a cruise ship. I found out recently that, well, I suppose the only way to put it is that I lived a bit of a hermitical lifestyle. My aunts, who seemed to have raised me after my dad died suddenly weren't fans of the outside world, so in order to take care of them I stayed in and discovered world through reading and language development.

So, I never explored the physical world and one day I decided I would, and I signed up to take a cruise. My first real foray...

Well, anyway, I was on the cruise ship and I went to get ice from the ice machine and dropped my keycard and as I was digging through the ice, someone came up behind me and suffocated me with a plastic bag. Well, suffocated or strangulated but I'm not sure the distinction is relevant since it's all sort of the same end result anyway.

Do you have any idea why...? Or if there even was a reason.

I think... maybe, yes. I don't want to believe that someone could do something like that for no reason.

I don't want to think someone could do that under any circumstances but that ship has, so to speak, sailed.

It's okay to need time. It's absolutely reasonable to. Just -- I did let it, and it's caused a lot of harm.
